Double room in modern flat - Limehouse, E1

The room

I am looking for a new lodger to share my home in Limehouse. The room is a bright double, furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room currently has a desk, but I could swap this for a bedside table, or more space.

The flat

The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, including full-size dishwasher and espresso machine. There is one shared bathroom, which is a good size and includes storage. There is also a desk set up in the living space that is available when I am in the office (2-3 days per week). The living space also opens onto a private balcony.

The details

Rent: £1,100 per month (including all bills)
Deposit: one month's rent
Availability: immediate (ideally by 14 March)
Cleaning: preference is to have a cleaner once every 2 weeks for communal spaces, cost is around £50 per clean (so 50pcm each) on top of rent

The location

The flat is 5 minutes from Limehouse DLR, 2 stops from both Bank and Canary Wharf. It also has good connections to the Windrush Line from Shadwell. It is close to the Thames Path and there are weekend food markets nearby at Wapping Dock and Stepney Green City Farm. There are also pubs and cafes like the Old Ship and Yurt Cafe.

The flatmate

I'm Jon and I've lived in the flat for 5 years now. I'm 31 and work in the civil service. I like to cook so I'm usually in the flat most weekday evenings. I have friends over about every other weekend, so there are often visitors around.
