Hi everyone!

We’re Ines (29F) and Raj (32M), two friends looking for a third flatmate to join our recently refurbished flat in E1, London.

We’re on the 13th floor, so the flat gets loads of natural light and has some amazing views across London, including Canary Wharf and the city.

🛏️ About the room

You’ll have a spacious 11.2 m² (3.5m × 3.2m) fully furnished double room. The room comes with:

• Double bed with a brand-new mattress and built-in storage underneath
• Two wardrobes
• Chest of drawers + additional storage units
• Clothes rail
• Desk included, giving you a proper WFH/study setup if needed
• Large window with plenty of natural light and great views
• Brand-new carpet

There’s plenty of storage, while still having enough space to make the room feel like your own.

🏙️ About the flat

The flat was fully refurbished just before we moved in in April 2026, so everything still feels very new. It came with brand-new carpets, mattresses, basic furniture and kitchen appliances.

The three of us will share:

• 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet
• Living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Bright and comfortable communal spaces

📍 Location

• 5 mins walk to Shadwell station
• Around 8 mins walk to Limehouse
• PureGym around 8 mins away
• Groceries & convenience stores within a few minutes
• Santander bike docks just around the corner

💰 Rent: £900/month
💡 Bills: approx. £100/month per person, including internet, electricity, water, council tax (Band C), as well as a small contribution towards cleaning and household/maintenance essentials.

👋 About us:

You’ll be living with Ines (29F) and Raj (32M). We’re friends and have created a home together that’s friendly, relaxed and sociable.

• Raj is a data scientist and works hybrid
• Ines is a quant developer and is mostly office-based

We’re both busy and have our own routines during the week, but we genuinely enjoy spending time together too, whether that’s sharing dinner, having a chat after work or occasionally going out.

We’re into travelling, tech, entrepreneurship & personal growth, dancing (salsa/reggaeton 💃), football, cricket, F1, museums, concerts and exploring London.

We like having a friendly, homely atmosphere while still respecting each other’s independence and personal space. It’s sociable, but definitely not a party flat.

🙋 Who we’re looking for:

We’d love to find a young working professional who is easy-going, communicative, clean, tidy and considerate.

Keeping the flat in good shape is important to us. We have a simple cleaning rota and are looking for someone who naturally likes to keep their home clean and is happy to do their part.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a room to sleep in, someone who’d like the flat to feel like home and, hopefully, make two new friends along the way 😊

We are open to short term stays but price would be higher. We are not considering couples for the room.
