The House:
3 stories, 2 rooms each floor, 1 bathroom on each floor. All flatmates are considerate and quiet. You will share the ground floor bathroom and a fridge with one other.

All bills included in the rent, council tax, Virgin fast internet, TV license, water, etc. The bills also includes toilet paper, cleaning products as well as a cleaner that comes to clean the communal areas, kitchen and the bathrooms!

We are looking for:
Friendly clean considerate person. Must have right to remain in UK. Must be employed and able to pay rent on time.

We are currently 6 in the house but one of the flatmates is moving out so we are looking for the 6th person to move in on the 12th of April.

You will be living with 2 girls and 3 boys. We ideally would like a girl to keep the balance in the house but also open to boys as well.
