A room in a 2-bedroom flat on a quiet street near Aldgate East/Whitechapel tube stations. The area is safe and quiet; very nice neighbours.
5-minute walk to Whitechapel station- easy commute to anywhere in London.
10-minute walk to Aldgate East and offices there.
Available for immediate move-in, but we are flexible.
The flat has:
🪷spacious fully equipped kitchen and a big living area with a TV.
🪷2 toilets, one with a full-size bath
🪷high ceilings, lots of air and sunshine, but not too hot in a heatwave.
🪷plenty of storage space

My current flatmate is moving out, so it is a contract takeover, with usual referencing and affordability checks by the agency.

I am a legal professional who WFH most of the time.
I am sociable, but I respect and value personal space and quiet time and believe that clear communication of expectations in advance is the best way to go.

I like to keep things clean, so looking for someone who values a tidy home and is happy to do a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
