Double Room in Friendly/ Sociable House

We are looking for a new flatmate from July!

More than just flatmates, we actually all like each other (shock).

Room spec:
Its a generous double room.
2 bathrooms (3 toilets).
Dreamy south-facing garden.
Balcony.
Living room and kitchen.
recently acquired BBQ (already proven to bring good summer vibes)

About us (much more important):
We’re a super friendly group and often like to hang out going to the pub/ cinema/ do sports together.

Not culty but def a good vibe to the house, everyone chips in with cleaning and cooking etc.

Yes, we know seven sounds like a lot (none of us actually expected to live in a house this big) BUT it does have a really lovely and chilled dynamic.... hence why we've all stayed.

We are 3 girls and 3 boys, working in charity, TV, news... all sorts. Good range of interests between us, but all open to trying new things and get along really well.

Room is available cause our flatmate is moving out of London so we are looking for someone to fill her space.

We all met through spare room, and now are looking for our lucky number 7!

Some of us work from home 1-2 days a week (ideal for when you have a parcel being delivered)

Have a beautiful garden and terrace for summer too!
