Double bedroom available in Bethnal Green

We are two female professionals (27 and 28 years old) looking for another girly to join our ground floor flat in Bethnal Green.
The flat is a lovely 3 double bed with one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room. The available bedroom is spacious with two ground floor balconies and has the bed and a chest of drawers provided.
The surrounding area is a great area - we have Victoria Park 10 minutes away, and Bethnal Green Gardens is only a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of coffee shops on Roman Road & Commercial Road, and you'll find us at the Camel or Dundee Arms as our favourite local spots.
We are about 5 mins from Stepney Green Station (District, Hammersmith and City lines), 10 minutes from Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth, District and Overground [Windrush] lines) and 8 minutes from Bethnal Green Station (Central line). Lime bikes are super easy to find on our road too – ideal!
A little bit about us: Ainee 28, works in energy, and cooks a banging biryani has a lean mean coffee machine for communal use; Betsy 27, works in commercial real estate and loves a craft and making a house roast (she perfected her roast potatoes c. 6 months ago). We are both keen runners but love to sit and watch telly together some evenings of the week (The Sopranos currently!). We are not a frequent party house but enjoy throwing them on occasion for birthdays etc. – and love to have our friends over for clothes swaps and dinners from time to time. A social person who also likes down time is ideal – we’re pretty relaxed. We keep the house clean (rota is followed very well) and are always mindful of flatmate’s space.

Council tax is band E; deposit ~£1000.
