July Sublet - Limehouse Double Room

Looking for the right person to take over my room for July while I am travelling ✨

The flat is spacious, in modern apartment building with an elevator and bike storage. Just 5 mins by foot from Limehouse DLR station - brilliantly connected to the East, the City, Canary Wharf. The room itself is a double with a stunning view of the Canary Wharf skyline from the window. Plenty of natural light, a spacious bathroom with a bath, and a calm & comfortable atmosphere throughout.

Rent is 1200 GBP including all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet). Also 500 GBP deposit just to make sure xx

You'll be sharing with 1 more person: women in her early 30s who values a peaceful, respectful home and is working remote (the person you are sharing with is my friend so my priority is to find people who match the criteria below).

This room will suit you if you are:

- A woman, 25 or older
- Working full time preferably in the office or visiting for the summer
- Clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces
- Someone who enjoys a quiet home - no parties, no bringing people over to the flat, no drama
