Looking for a housemate to share a bright, well-kept 2-bedroom flat just a 7-minute walk from Whitechapel Station.

A bit about me:
I’m 29, originally from NZ/AUS (on the YMV), and work in fashion merchandising. When I’m not working I’ll usually be hanging out with friends, checking out gigs, trying new coffee spots, escaping to Europe for the weekend when I can, watching anime, or making the most of the city.

The flat is a calm place to come home to after work. I’m always up for a chat over dinner, grabbing a drink at the pub, or exploring a new exhibition, but I also appreciate having our own space. Definitely more “home” than party flat. Good sized kitchen and shared lounge.

• Easy access to Shoreditch, the City and the rest of East London

Looking for someone who:
• Is roughly mid-20s to early-30s
• Works full-time
• Is tidy, considerate and easy to communicate with
• Is LGBTQIA+ friendly
• Enjoys London life and is looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep
• Would enjoy the occasional coffee, meal, gig or pub visit while also respecting each other’s independence

The most important thing is finding someone friendly, considerate and looking to build a comfortable home together.
