We're two friendly working professionals looking for a third housemate to join our lovely flat from September.

We're looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, ideally another professional who enjoys a calm, tidy, and respectful home. We both work during the week and like to relax and unwind in the evenings. The flat has a friendly atmosphere, but it's not a party house, so we're hoping to find someone who also values a peaceful place to come home to.

We're sociable and always happy to have a chat, but we also respect each other's space and privacy.
