Summer Sublet in E1

looking for someone to sublet my room in an all queer, mid twenties household between 27th july - 3rd september (end date negotiable).

it’s a 4 bedroom house with a garden and lots of lovely communal space, located in zone 2 of east london. transport is amazing, being only 4 mins walk from stepney green station, 10 from bethnal green, 15 from whitechapel, bethnal green overground, and limehouse, plus walkable to shoreditch, victoria park, etc!!

we’re looking for someone friendly and chilled, not too fussy but my flatmates would like someone that will get involved with the cleaning rota, be respectful and mindful of noise late at night, and also ensure the cat (he’s very very cute) doesn’t get out as he’s strictly indoor.

rent is £770 + bills per month, so will be adjusted according to dates, but i am potentially willing to negotiate for the right fit. as its a sublet it’s totally fine if you’re on benefits. unfortunately, though, the room is not wheelchair accessible, as it is up two small flights of stairs, and the main bathroom is up four.
