Looking for a Third Flatmate!

Hiya,

We're Nish and Ardour and sadly our third lovely flatmate will be leaving us so we will be looking for someone to join us from September onwards. We are very close and like to have movie nights, go to the pub, share meals and host other activities together. Hopefully you enjoy those things too because we'd like to keep a close bond together.

About the room & flat:
The bedroom is fully furnished and is the largest in the flat. It has tonnes of built in storage and a desk (the black one in the pictures belongs to our flatmate, but the white one will stay). It costs £1144 per month excl. bills which we split evenly (approx £70 per month). Additionally, now that we are about to graduate, we will start paying council tax (band C), so we are looking for someone who can contribute to that. The flat is very close to Whitechapel station and we have a huuge Sainsbury's next door!

We are fortunate to have a large living room and a small balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea on. We try to keep the place clean so you should be down to join our cleaning rota ;)

About us:

Nish (she/her) - helloo I'm Nish and I'll be finishing my degree in astrophysics in September. I like to cook, go to museums, draw and watch movies. I collect plants and CDs but have had to cut down on my plant collection since moving to London lol. I would love to find a concert buddy or someone share a cold beer with and chat about films :)

Ardour (they/them) - hey, I’m Ardour and I’ve just finished my degree at the LSE in Politics and have started a job in the Higher Education sector. I love to talk about fashion and style clothes, go to modern art galleries and chill at a wine bar. I really would love someone to watch films, teach me how to read a tarot deck and geek out about sci-fi
