Double room in E1: Great Location & flatmates

The room

Hello everyone!

I'm moving in with my partner so I have a double room available in the Whitechapel/Stepney area. I've loved living here and will be sad to go.

The Admin:

Rent: £595 PCM

Bills: Approx. £100/month

Deposit: £750

Move-in date: 1st Sept 2026 (potentially some wiggle room)

The Flat:

In addition to the room there is:

- A big kitchen

- Downstairs toliet

- Upstairs toliet + bathroom (bath / shower)

- Font and back garden

- Gated community (so super secure)

The Housemates:

You'll be sharing with three super lovely/ clean/ respectful gents all aged 27 -28:

- Raphael: Physics post-doctorate. Loves a climb.

- Sam: Landscape architect. Also loves a climb

- Jarod: Actor/musician. Has been known to climb

We've become quick mates and are looking for someone who fits in well. We all like our own space and do our own thing etc, but do enjoy the occasional pub trip, park hang or gig. Ideal for anyone wanting fantastic transport links and a clean space to call home.
