The flat:

- Fully furnished kitchen, all equipment provided
- Shared bathroom + separate shared toilet
- Currently home to five guys - students and part-timers

Terms:

- Deposit: 1 month's rent (£600)
- Notice period: 1 month before vacating
- Initial term: up to 3 months, may consider extending by agreement after that.

Who we are: A mix of students and part-timers who keep the place clean and get along well. Looking for someone respectful of shared space and similarly easy to live with.
