Two rooms available in a great 3-bedroom house

I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in this really nice 3-storey house, as my current housemates are moving on at the end of October.

The house has 3 bedrooms across 3 floors, with two rooms currently becoming available:

Smaller room: top floor
Larger room: lower ground floor
2 shower/toilet rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs
Large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area
Decent-sized private garden, with direct access from the kitchen

The house has a really good amount of communal space, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The open-plan kitchen/living area is a great space to hang out, cook, eat and relax, and the garden is also a brilliant space, particularly in summer for BBQs etc.

I’m hoping to find two friendly, respectful people who are looking for a nice house to make their home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’d love to stay here myself, so ideally looking for people who would be keen to make the most of the house and have a good household dynamic.

Rent: £1030
Available: 30th October 2026
Bills: approx £120-£150 depending on time of year
