Private Room Flat Share London E1

Hi there! I am subletting out this room available from October 20th 2026 for 2-3 months (discussable) for 800 pounds per month as I will be working abroad during this time and returning in January. All bills, including electricity, heating, water, wifi, council tax and all are included. Cleaning is arranged between flatmates, which I will be explaining during flat visit and will answer any questions before and during the sublet.

Please rest assured that there is an explicit written agreement between the agent of this flat and myself for the subletting and you will be entering in an agreement between the estate management company, myself, and yourself for the property.

I work remotely, so depending on the work schedule, I am flexible to do viewings anytime of the week in-person or online. I will be available for viewings from the 13th of September (am out of London until then).

Bus 25, N25, and 205). 🛗 There is lift access in the property.

Within the flat: 🛜 WiFi is 300-400 Mbps. I currently work remotely and there’s been no issues with the internet speed during meetings and work. 🌡️ The flat and room easily heats up to a greenhouse level temperature and it was very warm and comfortable living here during the winter. 🛁 Bathroom is shared. Warm and cold water comes out easily from both tap, bath and shower. 🧺 Washing machine is in the shared kitchen area. Laundry rack, mops and vacuum cleaner are provided. 🥘 Within the kitchen, there’s a shared microwave, fridges, boiler, toaster, plates and utensils. 🔑 You will have a fob, a key for the flat and a key for your own private room. 👥 People within this flat are very chill. We are all young professionals and travel a lot so a lot of the times it feels like you have a place to yourself. We have a shared WhatsApp group chat and it is very easy to communicate and ask questions.

Surrounding areas: 🛒 ~2min walk from the nearest Sainsbury’s and ~7min walk from the nearest Tescos. There’s also Co-op, KFC, Nando’s, Subway, etc within the 5-10min walk vicinity. 🌳 The Mile End Park is right beside the accommodation, very nice for a stroll or workout.
