i’m looking for one girl to take over a double rooms in a 3-bed 2-bath girls apartment!

room details:
- £1075 per month
- shared bathroom with me
- utilities, council tax, wifi, tv license work out to be around £110-130 monthly
- available from ~ monday 19th oct
- east facing so lots of morning light!

key details:
- private building in E1 and a 10 min walk to tower hill, aldgate east and shadwell stations so very well connected! also very walkable to st katherine docks, the city, spitafields
- fully furnished, well kept, ground floor apartment with good storage and a terrace
- grocery stores nearby are waitrose, sains local, tesco express and tian tian.
- good with hybrid/wfh work arrangements
- happy with guests as long as you’re respectful of everyone else in the flat

about us:

i’m 24 and working in banking (typically 3 days in office, 2 days wfh). i love to cook, visit cafes, and go to the cinema. i’d love for flatmates i can be comfortable with, who’d like the occasional movie night or pub trip but also have our own lives too :)

you’ll also be living with laura (30) for a bit but she’ll be moving out soon as well and so likely pending a new flatmate.
