Short-Medium term sublet

I'll be leaving London to travel South-East Asia in the winter, and I'm looking to sublet my double room on either a short- or medium-term basis! The room will be available from 6th December until at least mid-February, but likely until May given how much cash I have stowed away😅

The room is a double in a 2-bed 1-bath flat; large balcony, brand new building(only constructed last year!), keyfob access with elevator and only 5 minutes from Limehouse DLR + national rail station. Your flatmate will be Kevin; a 27 y/o male theatre performer who works evenings, so the flat is usually pretty chill. LGBTQ+ friendly is a necessity!

£1150pcm including bills or pro-rata if a shorter let; open to negotiating the rate if taking the room for a longer period!
