Looking for someone to take over a lovely room in Stepney Green. The rent is £750 and bills are around £100 a month so roughly £850 but bills vary. Move in date is 28th November.

The room is a bright double room furnished with a bed, mattress and chest of drawers, as well as additional storage space under the stairs. The flat is a relaxed household looking for someone easy going.

You’ll be sharing with James (26) who works in accounting 5 days a week in the office.

We have one bathroom shared between us, but this has never been an issue with differing schedules. We also have a large living room dining area with a small balcony and a modern kitchen with a washing machine.

The flat is between Stepney Green (7 mins walk) and Whitechapel stations (10 mins), so really well connected with a big supermarket, cinema, pubs and restaurants. Bethnal Green (central line), Shadwell (DLR) and London Fields are also a walk away, as well as many buses that connected further areas.
