Bright riverside room available asap in a lovely 2-bed apartment in Limehouse. I’ve lived here for 11 years and it’s the nicest flat I’ve had — very peaceful, with beautiful light and views directly onto the river.

The apartment has excellent transport links: a 5 minute walk to Limehouse DLR, around 10 minutes to Bank, and easy access to Wapping and Canary Wharf.

There is a large living room with a balcony onto the river and plenty of storage space throughout the flat. Secure parking, storage and a bike rack are also available.

Separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

The living room and kitchen are already furnished, but there’s space if you’d like to add anything.

The flat is on the first floor of a quiet block, and you’ll also have access to the outdoor river-facing space.

You’d be living with me — I’m a 40-year-old Londoner and professional artist. I’m friendly, laid-back, tidy and quiet to live with.
