Colourful & fun communal living room, spacious kitchen (you can have your own Fridge 😊) & 2 Bathrooms (with a shower & bath).

The room comes furnished with a mattress (with under bed storage), and a multi-function storage cupboard/wardrobe. There is space for a desk & TV, with WiFi extender the room :)

The location is about 5 min walk to Lea Bridge Station (which has 5 min train to Stratford or Totenham Hale), and 15 min bus to Walthamstow or Leyton stations. There is an Aldi 5 min down the road, and lots of local cornershops & spots to eat. There is also a lovely local pub 5 mins away!

If you like walking or cycling, there are plenty of spots nearby, we are close to Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands & Leyton Jubilee Park 🏞️

We are two female friends who are open and friendly, and like a good game of monopoly deal in the evening 🍷! We both work in hybrid roles so working from home a few days a week.

We would ideally prefer to live with a female but are open to others, as long as you bring some good craic 🍻

Bills etc- *Council tax Band D* , Electricity & Gas is on a smart Meter so varies but around £50 pm, WiFi is £9 each a month
