Hi! We're looking for our third flatmate to complete our little household.

🛏️ THE ROOM
The room available is an ensuite. It's a great size, comes with the bed, study desk , sofa , bed side tables, drawers and built in wardrobe and separate private bathroom . Move in date - 11th July . Ideally looking for long term renter, minimum of 6 to 12months.

📍 THE LOCATION
A great location in LeaBridge station via Stradford or via Tottenham Hill with brilliant transport links into the city.
Lea Bridge Station is 4 min walk from the apartment.

👯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We'd love someone who is:

• 25-45 years old
• A working professional, office-based 2–3 days a week or a full time student.
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Sociable and outgoing — someone who brings good energy to the flat.

About us -

We’re both working professionals in Finance and in Interior Design.
We enjoy spending most of our weekends with friends. During the week we’re both in the office a few days, and enjoy a balance of keeping busy and winding down.
We’re looking for someone with a similar energy who wants a friendly, sociable home rather than just a place to stay.
