Availability: Available from 1st December (move-in from 29th November possible).
Length: Long-term preferred (1 month's notice period).

Room 1 (Ground Floor, Furnished): Includes a double bed, clothes rail, and chest of drawers, with private ground-floor access directly to the garden (3 steps).
Room 2 (Double Size, Unfurnished): A great blank canvas.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms—a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor bathroom with a bath/shower (17 steps up).
Living Spaces: Shared ground-floor kitchen (2 internal steps), shared living room, large utility room, and basement storage.
Garden & Vibe: Garden access from the ground floor. Non-smoker household preferred, but smoking/vaping is fine in the garden.

A large, characterful Victorian house in Zone 3, perfectly positioned a 15–20 minute walk to both Leytonstone (Central Line) and Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line/Overground). Great night bus links and loads of local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

We are an LGBTQAI+ household looking for someone in their late 20s+ who values keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, enjoys a warm, respectful environment, and doesn't mind occasionally helping feed the cats!
