No overcrowding, with only 3 other housemates (currently 2 females & 1 male) and there being 2 bathrooms / 2 toilets. A large kitchen diner and separate communal lounge.

A cleaner visits twice a month to clean all communal areas but not the bedrooms.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with matching large double wardrobe, 6 drawer chest and bedside table (all different from advert picture). Also double glazing throughout the house. Combi-boiler so hot water on demand.

Mature, clean, tidy, responsible and working professionals only. Not a party house but very sociable and a nice place to come home to and relax.

Kitchen / diner comes with all modern kitchen appliances, microwave, gas oven/hob, Samsung washer / dryer and breakfast table ect.

Zone 3. Only a short walk to Leyton Central Line Tube Station (Only one stop to Stratford with Westfield Stratford City Shopping Complex with DLR, Jubilee, Elizabeth etc or overground trains & only 10mins on train to Liverpool Street station from Leyton).

Also garden with patio area with table, chairs & BBQ. House is situated on quiet residential road with parking. The High Street has a Sainsbury's and Tesco supermarket. Directly opposite the station you have the Leyton Mills shopping complex with ASDA supermarket, The Gym Group, Costa Coffee and various other retail outlets. Plus the world famous Stratford City Westfield shopping complex is only one stop on the Central line.
