The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. House is well maintained and clean. It is within working distance of Leyton and Maryland Stations. Washing machine and microwave and wireless broadband are available. Money is £170 per week . Rent includes council tax, water, electricity, gas bills. All rooms in house including double rooms are all single occupancy. A deposit of 2 weeks rent and work references will be required
