House share with 3 other young professional tenants (age range 30-40).

Spacious Victorian terraced house with private garden, communal kitchen/dining and cosy lounge room, newly fitted bathroom with shower/toilet on first floor and toilet on ground floor. We have a cleaner that cleans the house for 3hours every month.

We're seeking for a non-smoker, pleasant, tidy and respectful roommate. We all work different hours so most of time, you will find you have the house to yourself! We're no party animals but we do occasionally like to hang out, but know when to respect each other's space and privacy.
