I have 4 furnished (double, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer) double rooms available in a nice 5 bedroom house in Leytonstone (Zone 3), e11 area.

The room is available from the 01st May

The house has a fully fitted shared kitchen, one shared bathroom upstairs, a shared rear garden. You can benefit, from the unlimited WIFI broadband.

The house is in a quite zone of leytonstone, though it is 5 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone and Leyton tube station (central line). With the central line you can reach central London in 15 minutes, Stratford center in 5 minutes where you have access to jubilee line and DRL.
Leisure Center, Tescos, pubs, Mc Donald's, GP Surgery and the center are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance. If you like outdoor activities you can reach epping forest ( lakes and playing fields, forest) with the buses in few minutes.
Free parking is available on the street. You can reach M11 in 2 minutes and M25 in 10 minutes.

Your flatmates will be 3 male and one female professionals between the age of 20-40 year of age. All very respectful.

The house is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden.
