I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share my beautiful new 2 bed / 2 bathroom flat with a large balcony in Ilford riverside, London. I have my own bathroom so you’ll pretty much have the other bathroom with a bath to yourself.

The flat is only a 3-minute walk from Ilford station where you can catch Elizabeth line trains and be in Stratford in 9, Liverpool street - 18, Bond Street - 24 and Heathrow - 55 min.

Huge Sainsbury's just outside the estate, and a shopping mall isn't far either. They recently opened Mercato Metropolitano (MM) same as the one in Elephant & Castle around here which has a lot of food stalls to purchase from.

The area has 4 gyms: Nuffield, PureGym, Fitness First and The Gym.

I'm a big coffee drinker and they recently opened Hisashi specialty coffee which is quite good for hot desking if you occasionally work from home.

It's a busy area, there's Wetherspoons not too far away with pre-covid prices (Traditional English breakfast goes for £3.14).

Huge Valentines park and Wanstead Park just 10-15 minutes away.

The building has a private residential garden area and a cycle storage. The flat also has a large sunny balcony with lots of plants. Parking is available at an extra cost to the building management.

About me: I am a professional male from Finland working in insurance. I travel a lot so you'll have the flat to yourself quite a lot.

The room is available from June 19th (maybe a few days earlier).
