Beautiful, light loft space room in Manor Park, E12 on the Lizzie line, close to shops, 12 mins from the station linking East to West plus Suffragette line is nearby linking to Gospel Oak. Furnished to a high standard. Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom.

I own the property, live in but not always in London. The place is clean, quiet and I’m looking for someone similar, my preference is for meat not to be cooked in the flat also, a veggie/vegan would be great but not a dealbreaker.
Would probably suit someone who doesn’t usually wfh.

I’m 53yo, young energy, healthy lifestyle, into all things arty, member of most art galleries if you fancy seeing a free exhibition.

Room is £625 with a £300 damage deposit pcm including all bills. Fast WiFi, very homely and comfortable. Also open to short term and weekday rent.

I do a few bodywork sessions each month in the living room, so ideally I’d have the flat to myself for that.
