SPACIOUS DOUBLE ROOM in Wanstead; includes double bed with 4 draws, chest of draws, office chair, clothes rail and a book shelf. Fully equipped kitchen which you can use if you wish that includes:
a washing/drying machine, electric kettle, cupboard, toaster, oven and fridge. If required I can lend cookery pans, glasses, plates, spoons, etc.

Easy access to public transport: 15 minutes by bus to Wanstead train station, 10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes walking distance from the Manor Park over ground train station. 35 minutes by train to Central London and 10 minutes away from Bus 25 (night bus) to Central London.

It’s a 7 minutes walking from the local shops; grocery shop, fish and chips shop; liquor store. 15 minutes from Wanstead where restaurants, coffee shops, Butcher, library, food shops, Boots, hairdressers and beautiful gardens can be found.
15 minutes by bus to East Ham where plenty of shops can be found such as: Supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury), Pound shops, Banks, Library, College and Gym (with a swimming pool).

Bills that are NOT included are heating, and electricity, so everything else it's included.
