a washing/drying machine, electric kettle, toaster, oven, fridge and cupboards. If required I can lend cookery pans, glasses, plates, spoons, etc.

Excellent and very easy access to public transport: 15 minutes by bus to Wanstead train station (central line), 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes walking distance from the Manor Park overground train station where you can catch Elisabeth line. 35 minutes by central line underground or 15 min. on Elisabeth line to Central London, and 10 minutes away from Bus 25 (night bus) on Romford road to and from Central London.

It’s a 20 minutes walking or a 5 minutes bus ride to the local shops such chicken and chips shop, off licences shop, food market shop, post office, and pharmacy.

15 minutes from Wanstead (central line) where excellent restaurants, coffee shops, butcher, library, food shops, Boots, banks, hairdressers and beautiful parks can be found.

15 minutes by bus to East Ham (Circle and Hammersmith and city line) where plenty of shops can be found such as: Supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland), Pound shops, Banks, Library, College and Leisure centre with Gym and swimming pool.

20 minutes by bus to Ilford where restaurants like Nandos, gym, cinema, shopping center, library and clothes shops such as Primark and a great shopping center can be found.

The flat is situated 10 minutes walking from a horse riding school with accessable prices and amazing green walking spaces and park for picnics.

Bills that are NOT included are only heating, and electricity, so everything else it's included.
