Bright room in calm, friendly home

We have a room available in our beautiful, spacious 4-bed home, just a 5-minute walk from Plaistow (District & Hammersmith & City lines). We have excellent links to central London, and Stratford and Hackney Wick are within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing with two female healthcare professionals (1 Italian, 1 British). We’re looking for another professional who is tidy, considerate, and enjoys a relaxed, respectful home environment. Our current housemate is moving in with a friend.

We’re friendly and sociable, we like sharing meals, watching films, or having a drink in the garden but also respect each other’s space and privacy. This is not a party house, though occasional dinners with friends and guests are absolutely welcome (we have a spare room for hosting guests). We’re a tidy household and value cleanliness and mutual respect in shared areas.

The room is large and includes: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and drawers. It shares a bathroom with one other person on the first floor (the house has two bathrooms). There’s also a separate living room, private garden, and outbuilding for storage.

The monthly rent charge includes Council Tax & WiFi. Utility bills (gas, electricity, water) and cleaner twice-monthly are paid separately and are up to ~£150 extra per month in winter (less in the summer).
