Beautiful double room in my flat in East London, five minutes' walk from Canning Town — Jubilee line, DLR and buses.

All bills included — electricity, water, council tax and wifi.

The room is south facing, brightly coloured and nicely lit, furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and bookshelf.

I'm an artist and web designer working from home, so the flat is quiet during the day. I'm 47, with a TshihPoo called Yuki who's playful and sweet — animal lovers very welcome, but sadly not other dogs, as the flat is too small for two.

Looking for someone quiet and professional, students and short term lets considered.
