Double Room in Lovely Home

This is a short term let with the possibility to extend

I’m looking for someone great to take a double room in my three-bedroom house in Plaistow.

You’d be sharing with just me, I’ve lived here for four years and really value it feeling like a calm, cosy home rather than a busy flatshare. I have a girlfriend who stays once of twice a week.

The room & house:
The room is a good-sized double (3.51 x 2.79) it's actually Bedroom Two in the photos so not the circled one. That's a spare room meaning there's no one on your floor. Its furnished with a chest of draws, double clothes rail and a double bed with memory foam topper.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, and plenty of storage. It’s a relaxed, lived-in space, lots of plants, books, and a homely feel.

About me:
I work in theatre and have a fairly full-on schedule, I love coming home to a space that feels peaceful and easy to be in. I love running, cooking, going to the gym, and a good sofa + snacks moment.

The vibe:
I’m looking for someone who’s clean, kind, respectful, and independent, someone who enjoys their own space and values a calm, clean home. I'm vegan and it would be a massive bonus if you were vegetarian or vegan.

Location:
3–4 min walk to Plaistow station
10 mins to Stratford/Westfield
Close to shops, gym, and West Ham Park

Bills included, Band B council tax.
