We are looking for a housemate in a clean and quiet household where people appreciate personal space and mutual respect.

Room is in amazing condition, been refurbished recently. It comes with your own Node to secure the quality of Optic Fiber internet 🛜 cover.

You will also have your own fridge in shared kitchen space.

Toilet and bathroom are separated.

There are 2 Maine Coon cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 in the house please keep this mind, if you are allergic to cats or don’t like animals, have a lovely day unfortunately this household isn’t for you.

Cats have their own room and not allowed in shared space such as kitchen and corridor.

There is new(or almost new) washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other equipment in the kitchen you can use however we don’t provide cutlery’s

It is a very chill environment, however please take into consideration we are very strict with outdoor shoes 👞 inside of the house, since brand new carpet been installed last week.

Please be informed that if you want be able to follow house rules we will have to go our own separate ways.

Overall it’s a cool place to live and we hope to find someone who will appreciate us as much as we will appreciate you.
