I’m looking for someone to join me and my flatmate in our lovely, bright, and modern flat in Upton Park (E13). Our current flatmate is moving out in June.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and this has been a lovely home to live in! We’re keen to find the right girl to live with!

I’m 26 and my other flatmate is 28, we’re working professionals, a mix of hybrid working. We like to keep the flat clean, calm, and comfortable — a space to unwind after work. Looking for friendly, considerate flatmate with a similar vibe. We’re sociable introverts so wouldn’t mind people that want to hang out but also respect each other’s social bubble.

• 9th floor, fully furnished
• 4 balconies with views of The O2, Canary Wharf & The Shard
• Underfloor heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer
• Gym & concierge for parcels
• Secure development with on-site security
• 5–10 mins walk to Upton Park Station (Zone 3, District & H&C lines)
• No pets, sorry

💸 Rent & bills:
• Room 1 (shared bathroom with me) – £1,075/month
• Bills around £150/month (council tax, electricity, heating & internet)
• Water billed twice a year
• Deposit: £1,250 each
• Minimum income: ~£30,300+

*The bathroom is shared between the room being advertised and myself!
