Room in Houseshare with 3 Transgender People

The room is 280 x 250cm and extra storage space is available. It is quiet except for the occasional ambulance- I used to sleep with the window open. There is some flexibility with furniture- like I can put in a double bed.
The spacious townhouse is tucked away between gardens on both sides on a gated driveway. A private parking space can be yours as none of us needs it. The bathroom is shared with 2 housemates and the kitchen with 3. The dining and living room are for everyone to use.
We are 3 transgender people working in Counselling, University and the Arts in their 30ties and 40ties. We all have our own lives and have a peaceful co-habiting. We are pretty good at cleaning after ourselves. Bicycles can be left in the garden. There is no smoking allowed even with the windows open due to lung problems. No couples and no working from home please. Looking for long-term only. We have cats. The immediate area isn’t trendy but has tesco, corner shops and a park. The house has smart central heating, washing machine and dryer.
Custom House (Elisabeth) 1 min walk + 12min bus. Takes 10min to Liverpool street.
Stratford Station: 20 min bus or 10 min cycle.
Canning Town (Jubilee) 5 min walk + 15 min bus. Takes 15min to Waterloo.
