This is a very large 3-bedroom friendly household with already 2 male occupants and 2 female occupants(including myself). It is alsp quite safe neighbourhood.
Keep in mind there are 2 young children living in this household so a polite friendly person is a priority. We are looking for 2 more occupants.

The house is in barking with excellent transport links such as a 1 minite walk to the bus stop, 5 to 10 minute walk to the woodgrange park overground station or a 10 to 12 minute walk to upton park district line station. A few extra amenities includes a nearby garage, a parking space, and a huge patio/ garden (where the smoking area is) for the people in this household.

The rent is £400 pcm a month including bills and council tax for each person. The 3rd room(reference video or picture of the room) that is advertised includes 5 beds in the room which you will be potentialy sharing with 3 other occupants (so a total of 4 person in the room and the 5th bed is just an extra bed) and you will be provided with your own bed and space to store your belongings.
