We're NOT an agency. We're simply looking for the right person to join our lovely household. For us, having a good atmosphere at home is really important, so we're looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and considerate of the people they live with.

Included: Water, Council Tax and unlimited ultrafast Wi-Fi (1 Gbps Fibre Broadband).

Not included: Gas & electricity, which average around £35 per person per month.

🔹 THE HOUSE
It's a spacious and comfortable house with a dining/living area, separate kitchen, TWO full bathrooms and a massive rear patio, perfect when the weather behaves! There's also an outdoor table with 6 chairs and a parasol.

The house is kept clean and tidy, and everyone does their part to keep it that way.

🔹 THE ROOM
The room comes fully furnished and ready to move into, including:

• Comfortable double bed
• Desk and chair
• Large fitted DOUBLE wardrobe with mirrored doors
• Plenty of storage space

🔹 LOCATION & TRANSPORT
We're around a 6-minute walk from the Underground, with access to the District and Hammersmith & City lines and excellent connections into Central London.

Canary Wharf is around 30 minutes away, making the location particularly convenient for anyone working around the City or Docklands.

There's also easy access to the Greenway, which is great for walking, running or cycling around East London.

The surrounding area has everything you need for day-to-day life, including supermarkets, local shops, cafés and other amenities within easy reach.

🔹 THE HOUSEMATES
We're an international household with housemates from Portugal, Poland and Italy.

Everyone is easygoing and considerate, and we like keeping the house relaxed, clean and comfortable. People have their own lives and routines, but it's still a friendly household where you can have a chat, share a glass of wine or occasionally enjoy some very good pasta. 🍷

We're looking for someone with a similar mindset who wants a HOME rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
