This house is set in the Ham Park area of Stratford, just outside the town centre and tube stations: Plaistow (Hammersmith & City and District lines) and Stratford (Central, Jubilee, National Rail) with great transport connections to all parts of Central London. The Westfield Centre is nearby which is a state-of-the art shopping and leisure complex.

- The Property -

The house has large rooms and high ceilings. Every aspect has been beautifully designed and decorated. There is a large kitchen, a lounge and a dining room, two bathrooms and outside garden/eating space. The broadband are the top packages from Virgin and community Fibre - both 1GB each.

- The Room(s) -

Every bedroom is a good sized double room, furnished with a double bed, bedside chest, double wardrobe, jumper chest, desk and chair, plus socket points for TV, Sky, broadband.

- The Housemates -

Our tenants are mostly in their 20s, working in professional jobs in London. They want to live with quiet, respectful and friendly housemates — people like them.

- The Rent, Bills and Deposit -

The rent includes all the cost of bills. On your behalf we will pay for Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband, TV Licence and we will clean the common parts of the house every two weeks. Your deposit will be protected in the Tenants Deposit Protection Scheme. There are no agency, referencing or inventory fees.
