Shared spaces include a cosy living room with a 42" TV and Sky TV (fully recordable), a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, and microwave, a bathroom upstairs, and a lovely back garden where current tenants are growing their own plants and vegetables 🌱. There's also a new washer/dryer and unlimited hot water via gas central heating.
On-street parking is available by permit.

Council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, and unlimited super-fast Sky fibre broadband plus Sky TV are all covered. What you see is what you pay.

You'd be joining three friendly, career-focused professionals who've made this house a real home. JB works in learning support, Jake is a performing artist and also works in hospitality — and all are sociable, clean, respectful, and genuinely lovely to live with.
