I WFH for a pharmaceutical company, mostly long hours these days.
I have two lovely cats that roam freely around the flat.

THE FLAT:
Built end of 2019.
Your bedroom has a double ottoman bed a 150 cm wide wardrobe w/sliding doors/mirror, a shoe cabinet and a folding desk (Can be stored away if you don't need a desk).
*Please note the flat is fully equipped and you cannot bring any furniture/appliance with you (any particular need to be discussed during the viewing)
I have my own ensuite in my bedroom so the main bathroom is pretty much for yourself (although any visitors will use it, meaning you have to keep it tidy/clean at all times).
The flat is very bright with dual aspect windows and with laminate flooring throughout save for the bedrooms, where there is carpet. There is underfloor heating, video entry phone system and a south facing private balcony. There’s also a secure bicycle store at the basement.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Neighbours are quiet and very nice.
We are lucky to have two parks nearby: Bartlett Park which has a very nice vibe and an outdoor gym, and Langdon Park round the corner.
The area is being regenerated and lovely coffee shops like Poplar Union offer a great vibe/coffee/freshly baked bread and activities if you want to get involved with the community! The canal is 2 min down the road for walks to Stratford or Limehouse basin. Victoria park is only 15 min away by bike.
For public transport: the flat is 1 minute walk to Langdon Park DLR station and from there you have approx:
7 min to Stratford
9 min to Canary Wharf
20 min to Bank
27 min to London Bridge
28 min to Waterloo
30 min to London City Airport
34 min to Victoria
38 min to Euston
44 min to Paddington
