Spacious Double Room available in 3B2B in E14

Hi there. I'm a current flatmate, moving out by 31st October. We're 3 Indian females and we need my replacement, preferably a female. The house comes with 1 ensuite bedroom and 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, which is big and clean.

This room is the 3rd room, with the shared bathroom. This contains 1 cupboard and 2 huge chest of drawers under the bed for daily use.

As flatmates, we're more of buddies and would require a flatmate who's willing to not just be a flatmate but also a friend to hang out with and is clean and tidy!

The house is fully furnished with a shared living room and a balcony (and a TV too!), kitchen appliances are all present such as oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, all utensils and hoover.

Bills come to around £150 a month, per individual.

we'd require a flatmate who's clean and respects space.

We would love to have someone on board who's okay with the above.
