The room will be available from May until the end of 2026. I am also open to shorter term arrangements if the dates don't align perfectly.

This is a modern and spacious flat, designed as 3 bedroom but the third bedroom is only used for storage so you will benefit from a larger living space than most 2 beds.

I (the landlord) am a 34 year old male and business owner and have recently made the decision to move onto a canal boat. I currently use the study/ smallest bedroom just for storage but i will not be living at the property.

You will be sharing the flat with a 32 year old Italian female who works full time in finance in canary wharf and spends a lot of weekends away travelling.
