Double Room (En-suite) - Near Canary Wharf - New

AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER. Hello!

I live in a new area (and new building!!) north of Canary Wharf (Poplar), in a modern 2 bedroom apartment with lots of light (thanks to large windows) and terrace. Separated washing machine room.

My partner and I are looking to rent our en-suite double room (with its own private bathroom). The room is fully furnished, with bed, desk and ergonomic chair. And even its own new smart TV :).

We have known the area for a long time and love it.
The community also includes a gym and we could arrange access for it.

We are kind and respectful people who want the apartment to feel like 'home', so we keep it clean and cozy, and we are looking for a person who is also respectful and considerate.

*Bills included: electricity, internet, heat*, and regular cleaning. *Just in the case of heating we will divide it only iif it increases a lot, based on the regular heating costs.
