We have two rooms available in a lovely, well-kept end-of-terrace house at 1 Pekin Close. The property is located in a cozy neighborhood right next to the church, offering a peaceful place to live.

We are looking for single occupants who appreciate a quiet, tidy environment.

✨Executive Double Room — £1,350 PCM*
A spacious double room featuring a dark accent wall, a four-poster double bed frame, a built-in TV mount, and plenty of natural light.

✨Comfortable Single Room — £750 PCM*
A clever, space-optimized single room with a sage green accent wall. It includes a white loft bed with a built-in desk, shelving, and lighting underneath, plus a comfortable yellow rocking chair by the window. Perfect if you need a quiet space to study or work.

Shared Spaces & Amenities:

🍽️Kitchen: A large, traditional country-style kitchen with plenty of wooden cabinets, good counter space, a gas stove, and a breakfast table.

🚽Bathroom: A bright shared family bathroom with green tiling, a full bathtub, and a classic bay window.

🪴Garden: A great sized, fully enclosed rear garden with artificial grass, an outdoor sofa setup, a BBQ, and a patio heater.

🛋️Living Room: Currently in a moving state as things are being organized, but it will be fully set up and ready to use within a week.

Key Details & House Rules:

🧾All Bills Included: Your monthly rent covers all utility bills.

🧹Services Included: Regular cleaning of the rooms and common areas, plus an on-site laundry service, are included in the price.

❗️Tenancy Type: Rooms are offered under a flexible lodger agreement or mid-term letting arrangement (not a standard tenancy agreement).

❗️Minimum Stay: 1 month. Longer stays are welcome.

❗️Occupancy: Single applicants only. Strictly no couples.
