I’m looking for 1 female flatmate to share a lovely home in East London (E14, Canning Town – City Island).
Long-term tenants from early October are preferred.

Location: London City Island, E14
Transport: About a 6-minute walk to the Jubilee Line. 20 minutes tube ride to Green Park, two stops to Canary Wharf or Stratford, 40 mins to Harrods and DLR access is also available.

Flat details:
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms
(the ensuite bedroom is already occupied)
You will be sharing the bathroom with my flatmate ( also female )

- Double bed
- Bright with good natural light and an open-plan kitchen
- Spacious living room for common area
You are welcome to have some storage in there too
- Washing machine is less than one year old

Facilities:
The island has everything you need, including Sainsbury’s, cafés, restaurants, and bars
Residents have access to two gyms with swimming pools and spa facilities, a cinema, weight training and yoga studios, and a small tennis court
Just across the island, there are large supermarkets including Morrisons and Tian Tian Asian supermarket
The community here is very pleasant and safe

Tenancy: Starting from late September 2026, ideally for a one-year lease
Rent: Approximately £1,110 per room (total around £1,300 per month including bills)

About me :
Working professional female who works outside during weekdays
Easygoing, straightforward, and very clean

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and it’s honestly been a wonderful place to stay.
My two current flatmates are moving out for personal reasons, but I truly love living here. It’s especially safe and comfortable for women even when I coming home late at night.
