Hi! Two rooms going in my flat, looking for some fun, sound flatmates.

About me: I'm 27, Irish, work in tech (3-4 days a week in the office), and I'm out a lot - training for the Chicago Marathon this October, tag rugby weekly, frequently travel, always got something on. Totally happy to give each other space, but I'm also the type who'd usually be down for a cheeky pint or activity, and I'd love flatmates who are up for that as much as they're up for a quiet night in. Bonus points if you have a creative edge, I'm tormenting myself about what rugs/plants to get as I continue to settle in, so any input is welcomed.

All in all, if you like the sound of a place with a bit of life in it - some structure, some spontaneity, good company when you want it - get in touch.

I've lived with a mix of guys and girls before and I'm very easy going - chill with most things unless you're a prolific pot soaker. Happy to share references from previous flatmates, rooms available from 3rd August.
