Looking for one person to move into this spacious room in the Isle of Dogs between Greenwich and Canary Wharf. The room comes with a double bed and a big wardrobe. If you are interested in any of the other furniture (desk, mirror, bedside table, life’s shelf) those could potentially stay as well.

The flat has a massive living room with an open plan kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which you will share with two flatmates. The house is in a gated area with a 24-hours concierge and rent includes access to a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. a small gym and parcel service. The house is directly behind the Thames and in walking distance to Greenwich and the docklands. There are Santander bikes right behind the house as well as a pier for the Uber boat. The nearest DLR stations are Mudchute and island gardens but there are also two buses in front of the house that quickly bring you to Canary Wharf where you have access to Jubilee and Elizabeth line.

Bills are roughly £100 per month for council tax, WiFi, water and electricity.

Currently in the flat live:
Liv (27), Henry (28), Rob (35) and Lydia (34) - they are all really lovely, very social and open but also appreciate personal space and that everyone needs some time for themselves.
