Hello future flatmates
We have lovely rooms available from beginning of September. Bright with large windows that allow lots of light.
Furnished with:
* double bed with storage,
* wardrobe
* chest of drawers


Rent includes bills and broadband. During winter months this may increase a little. The deposit is one months rent in advance.

Looking for friendly flatmates, hopefully we can create a multicultural flatshare with people who respect each other and like to share and celebrate each other’s culture/backgrounds.
You’ll find open-minded discussions, learning about other cultures and perspectives.

Not a party house, but do enjoy going out occasionally to the cinema, theatre, music festivals, gym. Like cooking, baking, Art-appreciating and creating! With various hobbies and interests and like to keep busy.
Looking for flatmates who are respectful, friendly and importantly CLEAN! (If you don't clean after yourself this flatshare isn't for you. Sorry, cleanliness is a sticky issue!)

Someone who would help muck in with the cleaning rota as well as the fun! Up for occasional socialising, someone who is also comfortable enough in their own space, so no pressure to join if you don’t want to!
Someone who would consider this home and not just somewhere to sleep.

Our flat.

The flat is a maisonette, with a complete bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
There's a nice sized kitchen fitted with the usual fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. and a large dining table so we can sit together eat, chat and enjoy each other’s company.

The Area.
Conveniently located only two minutes from the station, numerous buses, practically at the door step. Shops and amenities also within a two minute walk.

To sum up, friendly, flatshare with a clean environment. So if you pay the rent on time, clean after yourself, know what a rota is, are friendly and not a bigot of any sort, you'll fit right in!
