The other tenants are professional hard working businessman, happy to socialise at meals but otherwise enjoy their own company. Very easy going.

The bus stop for 277, D7, and N550 are just 100 yards away. The 135 stop is close by. Buses serve Canary Wharf, Aldgate, Liverpool Street, Old Street and Mile End (Central Line). So access to Canary Wharf/Jubilee Line/Elizabeth Line is a breeze - as is Bank via the DLR.
Both Mudchute and Island Garden DLR stations are less than 5 mins walk. Also, the house is close to the foot tunnel to Greenwich, and 2 local parks. A nice pub, and two takeaways are all within 100 yards! Other restaurants and bars are within a short walk.
