Two Double Rooms in Stratford

Two double rooms, each for one single occupant, are available for rent in STRATFORD in a four-bedroom bright house.

15-minute walk to Stratford Station, and around 5 minutes by bus. Bus stops are very close.

Gym nearby. Park 1 minute away. All shops few minutes walking.
We prefer female tenants, but males are considered as well.

The house has only a couple of residents.

Please do not disturb us if you like to live loudly and party.

There are three toilets, a large kitchen, a large sitting room, and a shower.

Rooms are furnished.

We expect our tenants to be responsible, work or study, and maintain a clean and tidy living space. Tidiness is key in this house. No messy persons please.

Full-time students and working students are welcome to apply. The rent is £880 per month, with a £880 deposit, and all bills included.
